Initial Consultation
The initial consultation is structured around us getting to know one another.  Whether you are simply seeking a massage as part of your routine self-care plan, addressing a minor chronic pain or managing and creating a more structured plan to address severe chrnonic issues.  When setting up your appointment, please briefly let me know how you would like me to help?  In some cases I may request that you bring anything you believe will help me understand your health situation more completely, this may include but is not limited to: medications, supplements, test results, imaging (x-rays, scans, etc.), diagnotic interpretations, food logs, etc.  Your initial consultation will also include  a thorough intake and physical examination and assessment which may vary based on your stated objectives.  Finally, you will be able to ask me any questions you may have about your treatment plan.
