Cancellations/Rescheduling of Appointments:

In the low volume type of practice I have developed I am treating one person for 1½ - 2 hours or more at a time. In keeping with the standard practices a minimum of 48-hours of advance notice of your need to cancel or reschedule your appointment is required, with the exception of medical emergencies. In any event, we ask that you please give us as much advance notice as possible.

As we establish this professional relationship be assured that we are obligated to adhere to HIPAA regulations. Any & all information that is discussed during your appointments are held in the strictest of confidence, except with your explicit written permission. Additionally, to further protect your privacy & preserve your confidentiality we will never initiate acknowledging you in a public or private venue outside of my office unless you choose to.
