The following practice guidelines have been established in compliance with CDC, local government regulations & recommendations of the licensing boards of D.C. and Maryland in order to keep you & me as safe as possible during these unprecedented times. With the evolving nature of the virus we attempt to keep this page as current as possible.

Client Responsibility

•   You are fully vaccinated OR IN THE ABSENCE OF A VACCINATION A NEGATIVE TEST WITHIN THE PAST WEEK.

• You feel well on the day of your appointment (no fever/chills, sore throat, body aches, coughing, shortness of breath, and other symptoms associated COVID-19 or other flu viruses).

• You will wear a mask covering both your nose and mouth during the entire appointment time.

• You have not traveled or engaged in any large social or family gatherings within 2 weeks of your appointment.

Practitioner Responsibility

​

• I am fully vaccinated as of 03/06/21.

• I feel well on the day of your appointment (no fever/chills, sore throat, body aches, coughing, shortness of breath, and other symptoms associated COVID-19 or other flu viruses).

• Neither I nor any household members have traveled outside of the DMV within the 2 weeks of your appointment nor engaged in any large social or family gatherings in the past 2 weeks.

• I use enhanced cleaning and disinfecting protocols between each appointment. Some of these are the use of UV-C lights & EPA approved disinfectant for healthcare facilities that leave non-toxic residue.

• I have limited the number of clients/day to 3 and set a minimum of 30 minutes between each appointment for disinfecting so it will be important to be on time.

• No persons are generally permitted in the waiting area before, during, or after your appointment to give you unhindered access so please do not arrive early to avoid being in the waiting area as a courtesy to other clients.

• I will be wearing a multi-layered N-95/KN-95 mask. I may incorporate the use of a shield as well for new or unvaccinated clients.
